people to watch closely food ingestion’s contribution of
calories, carbohydrates, Fats and Proteins without doing the
calculations. You simply identify the size and type of food
taken during the day and the system does all the calculations.
It provides a day-to-day comparison of the various factors
including your weight and then provides telltale trends of
where you are going – up or down. If it’s up, you can see
where you need to employ some eating adjustments. Below is
