The Personal Profile section includes data any Doctor or Hospital ordinarily requests for your medical chart and files. This data is installed once after opening your account. As the Profile data changes you have editing choices for modifications, additions, deletions. The maintenance of this section is minimal but when contact numbers are changed the obsolete data should be changed or deleted. See samples of the data displayed below.
