Chronology of Symptoms for Caregiver Analysis
An important feature of your medical history is the list of
symptoms experienced over time with the most recent listed
first. The chronology of events adds value to the analysis and
diagnosis. These may be important to a Doctor’s prescribed
therapy – particularly if he or she is new to your case.
This section is displayed for the Doctor in the
"Window" section. Also shown is the list of
allergies for Doctor’s review to prevent complications
caused by allergic reactions. See examples shown below of the
data displayed.
