The Subscriber inserts images of lab reports page-by-page
from their own local computer into the MLF Lab Report section.
The insertion is described by a brief title of the document to
add to the list of prior image IDs. The list is an index for
quick access selection of the portfolio image contents. This
section provides actual original medical documents for your
