provides the means of tracking your personal Fitness program.
This has the effect of motivating the Subscriber to maintain
their intensity by showing the actual trends of results for
the effort invested.
A Fitness program is only effective if the individual has
the will to improve their body’s physical condition – so
it is a mind-over-matter issue.
MYFITNESSLIFE helps increase the person’s will power and
stimulates motivation by keeping a diary of activity and
translating the diary into a dynamic day-to-day analysis. This
analysis is a statistical summary of achievement and this is
also translated into easy to appreciate graphical displays of
the daily ups and downs of fitness activiy.
The primary components of a Fitness program are Diet and
Exercise. Gauges of the progress or regression are seen in
weight, blood pressure and other measurable body factors.
MYFITNESSLIFE provides a simple capture of your daily
eating activity. It does the translation of the eating entries
into estimates of calories, carbohydrates, fat and protein.
Recording the time duration and exercise classification
captures exercise activity.
"Calorie counters" can forget about the
mathematics and the counting. MYFITNESSLIFE does it
automatically for you. You merely need to describe your food
intake by S, M, L, XL (Small, Medium, Large and XLarge
indications of food type ingested for breakfast, lunch, dinner
and snacking.)
Each day you can look at the last 30 days of food intake
versus weight and blood pressure readings. The graphical
displays show this in an up and down line chart (similar to
the line charts of moving stock prices). If the trend is up on
the critical items, then it is time to assess the program for
changes and look for improvement by adherence to the changes.
If the Subscriber is under treatment by a Physician or
Fitness consultant, these results are easily produced on a
printer for the Doctor or forwarded by email to the Caregiver
for their assessment and consultation.
