Easy-to-Use Recording and Auto-Creation of Reports
The daily activity of your fitness program is easily
captured by MLF. A few minutes gives you analysis and
historical comparisons. Entry of food intake and exercise
times is automated. One time, each day for Food Intake you
record the food type and estimate of size portions. The
computer calculates the estimated calories, carbohydrate, Fat
and Protein count and lists them day-to-day. The last 30 days
are compared in trend and is shown as a line chart of values
vs. time. See examples below.
