This is a
highly-secure website to protect the Subscriber Patient’s
privacy. Protective measures are employed by the system for
this individual privacy and you will need to use
authorizing identification in order to enter the
Patient’s library of personal medical information.
The patient should have identification and entry keys
printed on their Emergency Wallet Card that should be found on
their person. The card contains Name, website URL, NameID and
Password.
This website is a personal account containing a broad
spectrum of significant medical data that may be useful to you
to expedite your analysis of treatment required.
The medical account contents are constructed by the
Patient. The majority of the data is copied from reports, or
is well known to the Patient by personal recollection. It may
also contain certain monitoring data measured by home devices.
There is a module that contains images of original and actual
medical and/or laboratory reports.
There is no warranty that the data is 100% accurate or a
perfect replication of verbal, printed or visual
representations of other medical professionals. Certainly, it
may be preferable to confirm by contacting the originating
practitioner listed by their contact phone and email number.
Enter the authorization identification keys for entry to
the secure data areas. Note that you will have the temporary
access normally afforded the Physicians and others
that were provided authorizing keys by the patient. Proceed to
the data for your orientation to the Member’s prior,
up-to-date medical condition and history. This is found at the
"Doctor’s Window" which is comprised
of a number of category modules.
This temporary authorizing password is valid for two
(2) calendar days. It will be voided automatically by the
system.
Please note that there is an Email facility to record notes
that can memorialize any comments you may wish leave for the
patient. This is an option.
