medical inner-sanctum. You are able to quickly review and
inspect their personal medical data recorded here in
MYFITNESSLIFE. All the information was created for your
familiarization with the patient’s condition and is made
available for your consideration in their treatment or
consultation.
This MYFITNESSLIFE site is a compilation of the patient’s
medical profile, history, medical records and images, and may
include daily monitoring data accumulated for BP, Blood Sugar,
Weight, Temperature, Dieting, Exercising, Medication taking
and other aspects of personal health activities. Also,
information regarding their current symptoms may be included
in the MYFITNESSLIFE files.
With your encouragement and permission, the patient is
capable of emailing you 30 days of daily monitoring logs for
your assessment. These data are organized and compiled as a
statistical presentation and they are displayed in graphical
arrays (showing trend). They will indicate positive or
negative directions of the barometers for their condition with
time as the abscissa.
We believe that these capabilities will assist in your
diagnostic analysis, save time and confirm patient compliance
to therapy with minimal work on your part.
The "Doctor’s Window" is your private section
of the MYFITNESSLIFE system. It is easily navigated. This
section does not allow modification of any data or images. You
can; however, provide feedback, commentary or instructions to
the patient by email from this site.
One of the great benefits for you is the relief from some
delayed appointment scheduling that otherwise would be
required. You may enter and inspect a patient file at your
leisure and without scheduling an appointment or as the
introduction to an appointment.
You will find guidance for site navigation in the Doctor’s
Windows module, which can be found by clicking the Doctor’s
Window button on the Home page in the upper left-hand corner.
Your special access to this site is by temporary ID and
password provided by the patient. These temporary tokens of
access are good for the day that you entered the site. Further
access is managed and controlled by the patient Subscriber.
You can request greater duration of accessibility from the
patient if you require any further access.
It should be noted that if you wish to copy and/or
distribute any of the patient’s private data, you ought to
obtain authorization from the patient. For your convenience,
use the internal email function included in the Doctor’s
Window module for this purpose.
