Historical Review of Medical Encounters Is An Important
Consideration
There are many benefits to keeping a diary of all activity
in connection with past and future medical encounters and
appointments. In addition to preventing confusion for the
scheduling of several events that occur when a disorder is
being diagnosed it is invaluable to allow the current
Caregiver to review what you have completed or performed in
the past. This data is kept chronologically for more effective
analysis and assessment with a new diagnosis review. See
